Georgievski criticises the 2001 Ohrid agreement, brokered by the West to end the Albanian insurgency.
He states that the vision of a multi-ethnic Macedonia had failed. He repeats a proposal he had voiced
during the insurgency, for the country to be divided - and suggests that a concrete wall should be built
separating the two communities.

The former prime minister of Macedonia has become Bulgarian as he was granted citizenship of the country's western neighbour.
According to local Struma daily, Ljubcho Georgievski who was premier 1998-2002 has received an address registration in the city of Blagoevgrad, few kilometres away from the Macedonian border. A Bulgarian citizenship was granted also to his wife, Snezhana Georgievska.
It happened with a presidential decree, signed last week by Vice-President Angel Marin, the daily informed.
The news was confirmed by the presidential press office, Bulgarian media said.
Georgievski, who now holds double citizenship, was elected MP in the new parliament of Macedonia following elections on July 5.
